Someone once told me that traveling is a gift that keeps on giving. When you travel, you get to broaden your horizons and deepen your understanding. It enriches you, and it inspires you to look forward to whatever exciting journey that comes with it.

Man Mission by Eytan Uliel is a personal fiction that details the different travel adventures that the author and his best friends have had over fifteen years. With this adventure, they have made it their group’s mission to go on an adventure trip yearly. The author tells the stories regarding their adventures and lessons on these trips that take place all over the world.

First of all, I enjoyed reading this book so much. Honestly, this has got to be one of my favorite books that I have read this year. I think that one of this book’s strongest points is that the author is a great storyteller. Upon reading the first part of this book, I was already hooked, and I was excited to learn more about the adventures the author has had with his best friends.

Aside from that, I love that the author did not just focus on telling the exciting details about every trip, he was also able to share the unhappy moments or experiences he has had in his life. This is something I liked since the author was refreshingly honest and relatable. The author was able to share low points in his life, such as problems during his trips or his personal life in terms of love and career. In that way, I was able to see not just the good sides or parts of traveling. It made me realize that traveling is a gift that also makes you realize so many things about yourself. My favorite thing about this book is that it was able to sustain my interest and excitement until the end. Readers would surely feel like they are also part of the journey and the mission, as well.

Overall, I would rate this book a 4 out of 4. I did not find any grammatical errors, and I find this book to be professionally well edited. There is nothing I disliked about this book. However, I would most probably recommend this to adult readers who are on a mission to find themselves. This is a really good book you would not be able to put down. Ultimately, this book is about exploration. This kind of exploration is not just about travels all over the world, but it is also an exploration of one’s life, career, friendship, and love.
