JT's World by E. Alan Fleischauer is a story that blends adventure, crime, relationships, and fantasy perfectly. John Thurgood Thomas, popularly known as JT, was lucky to have come across treasures in a cave during one of his journeys, which made him rich. With all this wealth, JT decided to build a place called JT's World, which would be a destination for adults and children. JT's World could boast of a hotel, a tavern, a school, a theater, a clinic, and even a Ferris wheel. Mika, the performer, was found dead in the bowling alley at JT's World's grand opening. This incident disturbed JT and seeing how this affected him, his adopted daughter Madeline and his cowhands suggested he take a trip to his ranch in Ponderosa. This trip to Ponderosa led him to have different experiences and meet new people. Read this book to learn more about JT's adventures.

Though this book is the last in a series, it is also suitable as a stand-alone. This made me want to read the other books in the series. JT's World is an adventure-packed, action-packed book full of humor and life lessons. The Gibbon twins are characters that fascinate me, and I was awed by the way they planned their defense with their attorney before one of the twins had a change of heart. Patience is an attribute everyone should have. Though Dr. Tillman was angry that her son got kidnapped a second time, I felt she shouldn't have taken her anger out on JT. If JT had not been patient enough to wait for her, she would have lost a good man forever. I liked the author's description of the events in the book, and it made me relate to some of the characters well. I also liked the author's portrayal of JT's generosity. Given a chance, I would also love to know what it is like to be on a Ferris wheel.

Though this is a good work of fiction, I didn't like that it had too many characters. I know it was during JT's journey that he met so many of them, but I still feel the author shouldn't have put in that many characters.

I rate this book five out of five stars because it is an intriguing and captivating read. The negative aspect I mentioned earlier is not enough to deduct a star from the rating. The book has an intriguing plot and is well-written in simple language. This book was professionally well edited. I found a few errors while reading it.

I recommend this book to people who love westerns, adventure, crime, and romance. It contains profanities, which makes it unsuitable for children.
