Man Mission by Eytan Uliel follows the travel adventures of the author and his three friends, Sam, Daniel, and Alec. It all started with Eytan's unique fantasy of taking a vacation once a year to taste the strange foods of various exotic places. Three years later, he finds himself hiking in the New Zealand wilderness with his friend Sam. It was a poorly planned adventure, born out of the boredom of a dull office job, but it soon became an annual thing. On their subsequent travels, they were joined by two other friends, Daniel and Alec, forming the Man Mission Committee of four young men in their early twenties. At the start of their fifteen-year journey, their primary goal was to immerse themselves in masculine adventures that would test their physical limits, stamina, and patience. Together, they have trekked through the exotic mountains, trails, and villages of New Zealand, Spain, South Africa, and Machu Picchu. They cycled on country roads and trails in New Zealand, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, and Australia. They also boldly kayaked the rivers and sailed the seas of Australia, Fiji, Thailand, and Hawaii.

As the four embark on dangerous and ambitious explorations, Eytan will not only have fascinating and thrilling experiences but will also discover that he is unhappy with his career and his married life. He will find himself somehow lost in the difficult responsibilities and demands of being a grown man in modern society.

Caught in his emotional turmoil, Eytan is doomed to make bad choices that will forever be etched into his soul and profoundly change his life.

Man Mission is the perfect blend of romance, humor, drama, and adventure. I loved everything about this book and was completely mesmerized by the plot. I was fascinated by the Bible verses, inspirational quotes, and illustrated maps at the beginning of each chapter. I also like how the characters are superbly developed and the story is both entertaining and engaging, with each chapter being an emotional roller-coaster ride. I laughed, cried, contemplated the book's wisdom, and empathized with the characters. They may have endured a series of injuries, setbacks, and heartaches, but these challenges allowed them to grow and become real men and truly responsible individuals. Additionally, the narrative is written from a first-person perspective, making me feel fully engaged as if I were reading the story of a friend.

The author skillfully uses flashbacks that carry the poignant and contemplative tone of the story. The life struggles of the characters are so real and relatable that I find myself constantly thinking about the essence of life's challenges and how they can bring out the best or worst in a person. In the end, we are always made stronger and wiser if we only find the courage to battle through these adversities.

I couldn't find anything negative about this book aside from the single minor error I encountered. I find this book professionally edited and perfectly fascinating in every aspect.

This is one of the best books I've read this year, and I'm more than happy to give it a rating of 5 out of 5 stars. The author's writing style is exceptional, and his great sense of humor is just impossible not to admire.

This book is perfect for those who love to travel or those who are drawn to books about life's adventures. I am convinced that this book will also be appreciated by a variety of readers. It doesn't matter who you are. If you have struggles in life and are searching for meaning and purpose, you will surely find something worthwhile in this book.
