[Following is an official OnlineBookClub.org review of "watering our soul" by morris hutchins.]
Have you ever heard that God is love? He is forever with us, and He beautifully loves us. Watering Our Soul by Morris Hutchins is an exciting poetry and prose novel with 65 pages. The book covers the genres of love, pain, and faith.
The writer does not make use of chapters. However, the book is divided into four major parts from which readers will learn about God's loving and understandability nature, the nature and function of the Holy Spirit, the Persian side of God, and the regrets of a man in love. All you need to learn about love, worship, forgiveness, and prayer are embedded in the lines of this book by Morris Hutchins. Can pain be disguised as love? The writer being in pain at some point, indulged in drinking alcohol. Does that help ease the pain? Read up on this book to find out more.
The author portrays God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit as easily approachable. He emphasizes looking up to God for help with the mindset that he is a loving father. In the book, the writer indicated measures that can be taken in times of trial, pain, and difficult situations. The importance of peace is also emphasized. Furthermore, the writer explicitly states how love can change an individual and bring about growth. According to the author, God is love, and He never ceases to express it.
I love how the writer's emotions can be felt while reading the book. It makes the content of the poetry easily relatable. The writer's choice of words as well is compelling. The straightforward writing style makes the book easy to comprehend and understand. The book is motivational, insightful, and thought-provoking. For instance, this sentence; "I encourage you to reflect on the past that resurrects your new life in Christ Jesus, amen," and this phrase; "Imagine a world full of water," will make readers ponder and think widely about the concept the writer is trying to pass across. Also, I appreciate the takeaway lessons. One learns more about forgiveness, love, and the nature of God. For these reasons, I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars.
Although the book is easy to read and comprehend, I noticed two punctuation errors while reading, but it didn't impede my reading experience. Also, it would have been nice if the author had provided an interpretation for the Spanish part. Besides that, there is nothing to dislike about the book.
In conclusion, according to the author, to follow God righteously, you must be familiar with His nature and how His spirit works. This book is perfect for people curious about God's personality. Furthermore, those interested in books that have to do with love, depression, and forgiveness will find this book interesting to read.
