The Guest Cottage by Nancy Thayer

The Guest Cottage tells the story of two families brought together by a summer house rental. Both families are going through struggles and help each other to overcome those challenges. While the plot is interesting and engaging, The Guest Cottage is not well-written and the flow is a bit choppy.
