Two buddies who were in law school together discussed their goals and expectations for the future. However, as they continued living their lives after graduating, their aspirations were put aside as they became preoccupied with the everyday grind. They didn't take action and set out on their first outdoor expedition until Sam reminded his pal of their common goal. Thus started the Man Mission, a fifteen-year adventure that would include four individuals. The first adventure was a walk through New Zealand's Harper's Pass Trail, and as the years passed, two more pals, Daniel and Alec, joined the crew. Despite the difficulties and problems they encountered along the road, the friends' yearly ritual of the Man Mission became something they eagerly anticipated and treasured.

The book's chapters are each thoughtfully titled, giving the reader a clear idea of what to anticipate from each one. Along with a helpful overview guide, the author has painstakingly included a picture map of each distinct place visited. The book also includes scriptural references from the Old Testament as well as motivational statements from well-known figures, offering a fresh viewpoint on the human condition. The story itself is well-written, and it hooked me on the first page. Although it is written in the first person, the identity of the narrator is unknown, which adds to the book's fascination. The book follows the exploits of four people as they engage in a variety of thrilling pursuits, such as mountain climbing, horseback riding, jungle exploration, kayaking in chilly seas, and looking for the northern lights. Overall, I found this book to be a fascinating and engrossing read that I enjoyed. The book was professionally edited. I found a few errors.

The author's message on perseverance and the significance of not being overcome by adversity impacted me as I read this book. Despite the suffering and difficulties we face, we should work to discover solutions and find healing. The story's protagonist exemplifies this lesson by owning up to his transgressions and forgiving himself to continue travelling with his friends in search of freedom and happiness.

The author's method of presenting stories is very imaginative, and it exhorts readers to use all of their imaginations. The characters are all well-developed and have distinctive voices, and the book covers a wide range of issues. The author employs clever analogies and humour to keep the reader interested in the narrative, which is narrated from one of the characters' points of view. The story's humorous tone is complemented by the characters' entertaining antics and sporadic slip-ups, making for a fun read.

There was nothing about this book that I didn't like. The editing of the book was excellent. I thus assign Eytan Uliel's Man Mission a score of 5 out of 5. I would suggest this book to anybody who appreciates reading about adventures and companionship.
