The idea behind the adventure detailed in this book was conceived while the main character and his friend, Sam, were on campus at a food fair. Years later, Sam reminds the main character about their decision in school; they make plans, and a tradition is born. As they carry on year by year, their other friends, first Daniel and later Alec, offer to join the yearly adventure.

Their first adventure is in New Zealand, where they hike the popular Harper's Trail. They visited Korea, Fiji, South Africa, Peru, Japan, etc. Their activities included hiking, kayaking, biking, chasing the northern lights in Iceland, and touring the humid jungles of South Africa. Within the pages of these adventures, the audience also learned about their families, children, work, and how they balanced time for these activities. This book was quite a fascinating read that I truly enjoyed.

Man Mission by Eytan Uliel was a book whose description appealed to me due to its adventure-filled manner. The descriptions of the various locations the characters visited appealed to me mostly because of my love for travel and outdoor activities. Also, the character development was rightly carried out, as not only was the focus on their travels but also on their families and lives. The map included at the beginning of the book, and the summary of the team's activities at the end of each mission were things I looked forward to.

The only dislike I had against this book was that the intensity of the team's adventure at the end of each mission dwindled as the book progressed and was replaced with more information about their families and other activities. Nevertheless, this is not an issue that can affect the book's rating, and therefore I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars. I encountered no errors in this piece, which is worthy of commendation. I recommend this book to audiences interested in adventure, outdoor activities, and books related to issues men face.
