Man Mission: 4 Men, 15 Years, 1 Epic Journey by Eytan Uliel is best for one who wants to travel to New Zealand, Japan, or Thailand. The main characters in the book are Eytan, Sam, Daniel, and Alec. They love adventure and embark on a new journey every year for 15 years. Eytan and Sam met back in college when Sam agreed to accompany him to a food fair. At this time, they realized that they shared similar tastes in food and a dream to explore the world.

The four made rules to govern their adventures. They went biking in Japan, river kayaking in Australia, visiting South African national parks, and chasing the northern lights in Iceland. On every trip they took, they learned a new thing and had a new view of life.

I love the way the characters were able to strike a balance between family, career, and adventure. There are stories about their families and careers in the book. The character development is also top-notch. Eytan, at some point, has difficulties deciding if it's love, family, or adventure first. The challenges faced by the characters as they develop are mentioned in the book. The male friendship in the book is captivating. They were able to encourage each other when one was facing difficulties. The author includes maps in the book. This, together with the detailed description of events in the book, made me picture every activity.

There is nothing to dislike about the book. The positives stated above and the perfect editing it has make me give it a perfect rating. I rate the book 5 out of 5 stars. The book is very clear and uses simple language. This made it easier for me to understand. There is also some sense of humor. Rachel sent Eytan out for baklava at night, only to lose appetite when the baklava was brought. The book is interesting.

I recommend this book to anyone who likes adventure. The main themes addressed are friendship, adventure, and marriage. Anyone who also doubts male friendships should read this. I recommend it to a mature audience because of the profanities used. Get yourself a copy of this book to understand how the four friends worked.
