Nicola Barry's-Mother's Ruin

Hello fellow book lovers.
I just finished a really great book, that get's down to the nitty gritty of alcoholism & how it can affect everyone around it. Nicola Barry the author of Mother's Ruin, courageously and brilliantly re-tells her own personal experience as a child dealing with a mother violently consumed by alcohol.
Each recollection harder to believe then the next, but written in a way that both educates and leaves you with a sense of understanding.
I recommend it to anyone and everyone. It truely is an eye opening, page turner.
Enjoy!
