The Shoeshiner's Metropolis

Post by Montetre' »

Hey Gang,

I'm releasing a series of six books as part of The Shoeshiner's Metropolis and here goes:

The second literary achievement of Montetré, this series of books chronicles a significant era of Sonaraz's life. Living in the dirty ways of a Las Vegas Underworld, our thinker holds himself (as a homeless man) in high regard, taking us with him on daily chores (however menial they are), the words come straight from his thinking head and we are thrust into his proverbial shoes. Choosing also to be witless to the that which surrounds his contemporaries daily and therefore becoming an open target, Sonaraz beckons upon himself every physical and mental cruelty imaginable. Traveling in cahoots with his beloved, girlfriend Katherine, "The Actress," they find skanky refuge in a group of apartments run by their good friend and Body-Trader Surgeon, Michael Mile. Stuck healing mostly here, their only neighbor outside of this tiny complex is the next-door prison. Government officials, conspiracies and renegades, Mothers, lovers, children and Ex-FBI Agents turnt private-eye detectives collide within over 700 pages of tumultuous action detailing America's most horrific, unyielding times. Plunging into the surreal world, Sonaraz must beg the question, "What does any of this have to do with me?" whilst ever-attempting to convince himself just that one more footstep forward. This is one man's reluctant rise to leadership and what he's willing to do about it, but not without constant compromise.
