Just finished reading Compete, Play, Win: Finding Your Best Competitive Self. It's a lot like The Tipping Point or Blink by Malcolm Gladwell in that it gets you to really look at a common topic in a completely different way. I found it very enlightening and worthwhile and there were a lot of takeaways for me that will help me improve a lot of things in both my professional and personal lives.
