It's good to know what others think of a book before you actually delve into it yourself. I appreciate your candor about this one. I plan to read it and will add it to my shelves.

I haven't read the book yet but this review makes it sound amazing. Outdoorsy, mysterious, full of tea, it definitely seems like it was meant for me. Your review sold it.

It seemed to be a new plot, and I am very intrigued in what really happened to Sarah besides the curiousity on what she had said about happened to her. I love the mystery genre and I am very excited to dig into this book as soon as I am able. Congrats!

The Pacific Northwest, inclusion of Native American legends, and the girl's unexplained disappearance all sound like intriguing aspects to this tale, but I appreciate you sharing your detailed insight and honest impressions too!

It sounds like Sarah had quite the experience. This book might appeal to me more as an audiobook. I couldn’t connect well with it by reading the sample pages. Thanks for your review!

I assume that the granddaughter, Sarah, will warm up to her grandfather, Tom, and his family that went on the camping trip, so I want to see how that happens.

This sounds like a very interesting story. I sometimes enjoy listening to audiobooks while driving. I live in the middle of nowhere, so the nearest town is an hour away. Thank you for the informative review of this story.

I don’t like listening to stories. I better enjoy reading them. From the review it seems their are more negatives than positives. The ones like you mentioned about an abrupt ending or there being no back story for the characters are deal-breakers for me. I don’t believe I would enjoy this book.

This sounds like a very interesting and mysterious book. Who takes someone on a camping trip, that they just met? Why would you believe that she was, who she claimed to be? Where did she go for eight days, and better yet where did she come from? You said you didn’t like the ending, I hope I get those questions answered.
