Have you ever thought about the idea of having our own alter egos? These creatures or individuals would be living their lives, or maybe orchestrating or interfering with our own lives. The concept is a bit weird but so intriguing honestly.

Eternity by Carlos is a fictional book that talks about the concept of parallel existential crises. In this book, the author introduces the story of a pair of immortal creatures who decide to play a game of human chess. In this game, they play using their human counterparts. The story of their human counterparts is also told in this story as the twists and turns of their lives.

First of all, I am grateful that I got the opportunity to review this book. I think this is such a refreshing book to read. I have got to say that this book is so good in its mysteriousness. From beginning to end, readers would never really get the chance to know the names of the characters in the story. Despite that, the author did a wonderful job of making it easy to read. The characters were all flawed, but very relatable in their ways. I actually came to like the human characters in this book. Despite their own shortcomings, I think they are very honest with their feelings. I liked that this book showed me what love can be like, and how unexpected life can be. My favorite character is the female human in the story. She is strong and liberated, and she knows what she wants.

One of the things I really liked about this book is the smooth progression from start to finish. The stories are told in alternating points of view from the characters. In this way, readers would get to see the different points of view and the motivations of the main characters. I liked the concept of the story, and I was hooked right from the start.

Overall, I would rate this book 5 out of 5. This is a wonderful fictional book that readers should check out. I also did not find any errors, so I found this book to be exceptionally well-edited. There is nothing I disliked about this book. However, I would recommend this book to adult readers since there are a lot of sexual scenes and drug usage in this book. If you are an adult reader looking for a good, mysterious, and captivating read, this book is perfect for you. You will not be disappointed.
