Hello, My Love by Evy Journey was about a young woman going to college to become a lawyer. Along the way, she meets a wealthy business owner who befriends her father. For months they cannot seem to get along, most of the time they argue, until one day the tension they feel turns into passion. They both give into to this passion, knowing it can only be for one night, for he’s engaged to be married in two days. After their special night, they do not see each other for two years.

When they reunite, some secrets are revealed, yet it is as if time never lapsed. They are still spellbound by their passion for each other. They decide their reuniting is of fate, and they must cross several obstacles before they can be happy ever after. There are threats of murder and betrayal. The remainder of the book depicts of how they must overcome these obstacles if they want to be together forever.

I really liked the book, it had all the great elements of story writing. I thoroughly enjoyed the romance, mystery, and suspense. I enjoy reading a good book, especially if it is one I hate to put down. I like that the story had mystery and romance together. I have not found too many romantic mysteries that are decent and worth reading. Many other books do not capture my attention within the first couple of chapters, I have trouble sticking with it. This story had me wanting to finish it,to know just what would happen to Elise and Greg.

I think the only thing I did not care for about the book was that it took Greg two years to get in touch with Elise again after their last night. Really, did it have to take that long? Could there have been secret letters or hidden messages left for Elise? Or, why could Elise not tell him about Gregory?

Overall, I liked the book and would give it 4 out of 4 stars. I always love a good romantic mystery. I would encourage those who enjoy romantic or mystery books to read this one. It was cleanly and clearly written. There was no profanity, nor overabundance of unimportant information. It was enough to wet your whistle but leave room for your imagination to go wild. For those interested in more sensual stories that make you blush to your roots and heart to race, this book does not go into full graphic detail.
