This book, Man Mission by Eytan Uliel, tells the story of four men who have been friends since college. They decided to embark on a journey that would last 15 years as they explored different parts of the world. Although the narrator's father was not in support of him throwing away everything he had built to embark on the unplanned journey, he felt the need to do something different with his life instead of following the regular program of finishing school, getting a job, getting married, having kids, and just living a peaceful life. With this in mind, he resigns from his job and joins his friends on this journey that will last over a decade. They started their journey in New Zealand, and from there, they visited over ten other countries where they had mind-blowing experiences. They named this journey the Man Mission, and although it all started as a simple trip between four friends, they had real situations where they had to be there and support each other. The big question is, was this journey worth leaving everything they had built behind?

One of the major things I like about this book is the author's ability to paint the scenes in such an artistic way that you can picture every moment. I also liked how detailed the author was about the countries and locations the men visited, as I could take a peek at the different cultures the men came into contact with. The character development is praiseworthy as these friends mature during their 15-year journey.

There was nothing I disliked about this book. It was well-written and well-paced, and the author did not bore me throughout. I did not spot errors while reading the book; it was professionally edited.

For the reasons I mentioned above, I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to people who appreciate books on friendship and adventures.
