Nine Weeks: a teacher's education in Army Basic Training

This book is for a) teachers, b) anyone interested in what makes an American Soldier, and c) Soldiers who have been through boot camp.

It's a funny and revealing look into how the Army trains Soldiers. I earned a masters in education and taught several years before enlisting. I am always getting into heated discussions about the effectiveness of military training with career Soldiers who have no idea how curriculum is developed.
