Have u ever bought a laser pointer pen b4. I’m a would-be teacher and want 2 by one for my class. But I heard that it’s harmful for eyes. Is it true? Can anybody give me some advice? If no harm to health, I really want 2 by discount laser pointer.

Dont know about harm to health but i do know that they are annoying! Especially when used in cinemas to annoy the patrons when they are looking at the screen. But if you just want them to male a presentation im sure amazon would stock such an item in the office supplies section.

laser pointers are only minimally dangerous to the eyes, and then only in the cases where people deliberately stare into the beam for several seconds or more. As anyone accidentally struck in the eyes by one would instinctively blink or turn away, there is no cause for concern. The output is simply not enough to cause damage to the retina except when the device is intentionally misused.
