Which book in this series is your favorite and why?

I really loved the beggining of the epic serial entitled "The Kent Family Chronicles". It is a 8 volume series and for anyone that is a history buff, this is a great series to read. The reason why is because it is very hard to stuff a historically accurate story into one volume. many have tried, but few actually succeed. After the first volume, you feel as if you are part of family dynasty. Remember, it is 7 volumes, so it is best to read them one after another. If you need to split up though, read a non-serial, non-historical fiction, novel instead.
