I think most of us here read it as a stand-alone novel. In the end, I had no problems in understanding the characters.Sydney Nyamasoka wrote: ↑22 May 2020, 04:02 I have not yet read the book. I have just noticed that it is the third book in a series. I am not sure if it can be read as a stand-alone narrative since there's some history, presumably in the prior two books, from which dots may be more easily connected. Murder mystery stories make the mind inquisitive, this would be an interesting book.

Very good to know! I spent time in Ireland last year and got to learn a bit about the folklore, so I’m excited to read more about it! Very happy to know I don’t need to read the other two installments first!NetMassimo wrote: ↑22 May 2020, 07:33I think most of us here read it as a stand-alone novel.
