This really turns me off. Even they are clones, they also deserve the proper care the same way humans are taking care of themselves!
I absolutely agree with you. Clones are supposed to be treated the exact same way as humans rather than given undeserved treatment. I think this is unfair and obviously warrants rebellion. Furthermore, if humans can treat clones, which look exactly like humans, unfairly then they can certainly treat a human being just as horribly.

So disturbing it should come with a trigger warning.
I never understand characters who want to hurt people just because they want to and justify it in some form. What's really scary is how there are people like that in the real world.

I agree! The idea of just having people who are capable of doing that is just insane.Arimart99 wrote: ↑03 Apr 2020, 19:39 The ugliest thing is not necessarily the acts themselves, but the mindset of the people performing them. Sadly, the human mind can be such an ugly thing, and it's something that we've seen throughout our own history. One of the things that grossed me out was what they did to Kalin to dehumanize him.

The act was gory. I nearly smelt the blood split.B Creech wrote: ↑01 Apr 2020, 17:53 I found the cutting off of the tips of Kalin's fingers and toes to give him claws was another ugly dark act. It was inhumane. When he agreed to have experimental testing done he certainly did not expect anything like that to be done to him. And without his knowledge as well!

In pursuit for perfection, the humans overworking the clones like Kalin was quite worrisome.Lia A wrote: ↑28 Jul 2020, 04:36 The ugliest part was how they were treated more like objects and not like living beings. Kalin was dehumanized. They fully knew that Kalin was an innocent student, yet they continued. It shows a very dark side of humans. It is disturbing to think humans are capable of this.

I know! It made me cringe! A person's nailbeds are so sensitive anyway and to have the end of your fingers cut off and claws put in just makes me shiver!Laura Mich wrote: ↑13 Sep 2020, 09:52The act was gory.
