I second that! I would love to read about Kata's parents' reaction. Will his mother go back to normal or will it take time for her to adjust to his new appearance? So intriguing.

I want to see how Tau and Kata craft a life for themselves. How do people react to their modifications? Is Tau able to pass as a human or does he have to hide? Do they find peace?

I assume that Renfield's disappearance had some kind of backlash, investigation... something. Would like to know what happened outside of GenTech with regard to that.

I want to see if they will get involved with Renfield's child. I think the child will play a role in their future. Also, I'm not sure if I would want Kata/Kalin to see his parents now. I agree that it might be more traumatic to the mother.

Personally, I would like to see an even deeper look into the science of genetic research and cloning done in the book. For me, that was the major selling point and I would love to see more of the technical basis of how the story is scientifically possible.

Oh, there's a sequel coming? That makes a lot more sense - I hope all the loose ends get tidied up in the next installment. We'll have to wait and see, I guess!

I'm hoping these are resolved as soon as possible in the sequel, and we finally get some answers.

I am also curious about all these. Especially the reaction from Kalin's parents.

I did some research on the new sequel and I could see many questions are getting answered through this.
