Philippians 4:6-7
"Don’t worry over anything whatever; tell God every detail of your needs in earnest and thankful prayer, and the peace of God which transcends human understanding, will keep constant guard over your hearts and minds as they rest in Christ Jesus."

Sure, I did. I find Psalm 23 and Psalm 91 very useful in many situations.

"Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain." 1 Corinthians 15:58

Psalm 41:9-13
"Even my close friend,
someone I trusted,
one who shared my bread,
has turned against me.

But may you have mercy on me, Lord;
raise me up, that I may repay them.
I know that you are pleased with me,
for my enemy does not triumph over me.
Because of my integrity you uphold me
and set me in your presence forever.

Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel,
from everlasting to everlasting.
Amen and Amen."

Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.

A very popular one is also Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Philippians 4:13 is my favourite one :)

I liked Ephesians 2:4,5: "But because of his great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions - it is by grace you have been saved." I find this amount of love to be comforting and uplifting. I was dead - without power to do anything. Even so, God gave me life and saved me!

I spiritually connected with the verse that says. "If you would be perfect, go sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven and come follow me. Matthew 19:16-22." The "treasure in heaven" stands for God's assured grace.

Thomas said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”
Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."
John 14:5-6

I find this verse so so powerful.

One verse that I have felt a strong connection to is the following verse, Deuteronomy 31:6.
“Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or tremble at them, for the Lord your God is the one who goes with you. He will not fail you or forsake you.”

For me, this quote gives me strength when I’m facing something particularly difficult in life and is helpful especially now during this pandemic.

Oh yes, those bible passages included by the author for different situations were timely. I specifically liked Deuteronomy 31:6 and Psalm 91. And I also appreciate the prayers at the end of each section, they helped me a lot.

I love both of these too. I think the author choose deliberately and very well those verses.
