I do think that Eden was a paradise. Adam and Eve had everything they needed and most of what they wanted. If there was ever something else that came up God provided it. And if He decided that it was best for them not to have that exact thing they were blissfully unaware.

The truth is that the incident of Cain and Abel did not occur in the Garden of Eden. Remember that God chased Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden.

Lucifer was a fallen angel. How did he enter into the holiest place on earth? Well, the garden was a place to test humans' loyalty to God. God put the tree there for a reason.

The novel said it all, that the garden was like heaven on the earth so I think it was more like a paradise. My question is where can we find this garden?

I interpret Eden not just as an environment but as a state of existence, a peaceful one. So by that construction, I do see Eden as a paradise.

I don't really understand your question but from the Biblical account of Eden, it was a paradise indeed.

To some, the garden of eden is only a myth. But to we believers the garden of eden is a real location in this world as stated in Genesis. Personally I think God just masked the garden from human sight to prevent it from further damage.

The question is slightly confusing, but from the comments I have read my answer is this:

Eden was a true paradise, murder and therefore sin was not allowed because of the innocence and naïve characteristics of Adam and Eve. The reason for sin entering the garden and murder taking place outside of the garden is because of the temptation they fell for.

Of course, Eden was a true paradise. Cain did not kill Abel in Eden because their parents have been long sent away from Eden.

The question seems like a rhetorical question. Doubting the existence of the Garden of Eden is like doubting God's existence. The bible unambiguously described the garden of eden and it's significance to the creation of mankind. So yeah, the garden of eden was the first paradise on earth

According to the Bible Eden was and is a true paradise. That is where life came out from so it must be a paradise that no one knows where it can be found.

Seeings the biblical description and detailing Eden could have been a true paradise, the very Garden of God.
