I completely agree. Bible has no mention of Nephilim helping Noah building the Ark. It was purely out of the author's imagination. Moreover, Nephilim actually refers to a fallen angel, who might have helped Noah during the flood.

The Bible does not mention Nephilim. I think Nephilim is a character born from the author's imagination.

This is where an author's imagination comes in- how to play with biblical characters while drawing a fine line between believers and non-believers.

The Bible has no such record. It's most likely the author's opinion

The Bible as has been recounted severally never said anything backing that part of the author's story. Therefore it is clear that it is purely the author's imagination.

Wait a minute.... Isn't the book fictional? Nephilim did help build the ark in the book! I don't bother myself with the Bible recording it or not. I see fiction, I read, enjoy and move on.

Definitely not in the Bible. However, the Bible can be frustrating in its lack of details. It's not mentioned if Noah built that ark all by himself or if his family helped. So many questions like that. I guess God figured those details weren't the important part of the story.
We’re gonna need a bigger bookshelf.

I am sorry but there is no evidence of that.

I saw this when reading this book but I didn't have much thought about it, for I just assumed it was part of the author's imagination and fiction in the book. It is not found in the scriptures but in this book it worked nicely as a fictional text.

This is definitely the author's opinion. Many Christians believe that God sent the worldwide flood primarily to wipe out the Nephilim and that the neighbors that jeered at Noah while he built the ark were descendants of the Nephilim.

The Bible speaks of Noah building the ark and should be left as such.

bookreviewmi1111 wrote: 01 Jun 2020, 17:39 As I know, Noah built his ark to save his family and other animals from the Flood. This is actually mentioned in the Bible. But I have not heard about Nephilim helping something with it.

So, what do you think about Nephilim in this book? Did Nephilim actually do that in the Bible, or is this just the author's opinion?
Nephilim has not been mentioned anywhere helping Noah built the ark. So I would say no, I think it is just the author's opinion.

No one knows, and except with divine intervention I don’t think anyone can say for certain as non of us alive today was present that day.

The book is a work of fiction. So a lot of the opinions in the book are that of the writer. So if he says Nephilim helped Noah, its all for our enjoyment.

The Bible did not say such a thing. But it is very unlikely that they will do so. These were the descendants of the disobedient angels who materialized, and what these angels did was in opposition to God's will. So, they became enemies of God along with their descendants. But Noah was a righteous man before God, and people, including the Nephilim, ridiculed him for building the ark God commanded him to build.
