The book's title is perfect and okay for the context.

I think the book title is perfect. Killing Abel was Cain sin and all the judgement that came in the days of Noah stemmed from this singular act.

The book title is not as encompassing as it should be. But to every man his own.

It is true that there are other aspects of the book that took the books focus aware from Cain and Abel but you have to find a name that would reflect a piece of history in your book

I'd really like to know the rationale behind this title. As you rightly note, there were very many other options for a good title.

The book does contain all other stories in it so I feel the title is a bit restricted.

In my opinion, the book title Killing Abel was not a good representation of the content of the book. The author could have considered other options.

I feel the title is a little misleading and it's not exactly an exciting title that draws anyone in.

Judging that the book only focused on able for a little while the name shouldn't be given to just abel so I would suggest a title like The beginning of the world

I think the book title was perfect as the story of Cain and Abel intrigued me the most.

I think a book expanded title would have been best for this book. The title used only focused on one aspect of this book.
