I don't have any problem with the title, but I think it should have been given a title that covers the horizon discussed. Since it captured the major Bible stories, a more general title is preferable.

To be honest, the book title kind of threw me off wanting to read it because I wasn't sure the angle the author would take.

The title was definitely a put-off for me.

I found out it's a Christian book which I like reading. I like this book because it doesn't just cover the story of Abel. It also covers some significant aspects of the Bible like Adam and Eve and Noahs story. I think the title is correct.
Wow. The title is a bit misleading then!

That makes sense.

I think the fall of man was the beginning of evil in human's mind. Remember, before eating the fruit, man was innocent. Hence, killing instincts were as a result of sin. Given that the book majorly focused on the consequences of sin after the fall of man, then the title was appropriately chosen as it had a focus on the result of the fall which was evil in man just like the evil thoughts of killing Abel.

I guess this title may give the wrong idea on what the book is about when I first saw it, I thought it was anything but a religious one

I think the title of a book was strategically chosen. As for me, the title of this book is catchy and thereby draws the attention of readers. its ok .

I agree with you. At first, I thought that it might be a detective novel or a crime fiction. Still, the title made me go after what the book was about.
I think the title is encouraging for someone who likes Bible-themed books, but isn't religious. I agree that it sounds a bit like a crime book.

At first glance, one would think it's an action packed book or would probably think it falls on the chrime-thriller genre. But it's actullay a religious book. The book cover it's actually captivating and eye catching.

The author had a reason for choosing this title. Though, according to me, it doesn't largely reflect on the content in the book.

I was actually thinking the same thing! And all the stories didn't really flow and made sense ... but in the end it all came together. I think, that is what makes a good book. Because even though basically everyone knows how it is going to end, the author managed to brilliantly bring everything together so that "killing Abel" was the catalyst behind everything.

The book truly does not deal with that section a lot but it constitutes a tremendously important turnpoint in human history. The author's choice was correct :)

I think the title is appropritate because this event is what spirals the story on after the fall in the garden.

A first look at the book and I thought the book will be majorly about Abel. I think the title does not reflect on the book’s content but it sure did capture my attention.
