I won't say it was a blessing or curse, I would rather say it was punishment and the consequence of their actions which they have to live with. It also taught me how important obedience as a positive virtue is.

I wont say it is a punishment or curse. i will see it as punishment or consequence of their action which they have to face for their disobedience.

Their exile from the Garden of Eden was not to protect them from the Satan, as Satan has even a firmer foothold in this world. Their exile was a chance for reflection and rediscovery. It was a both a blessing and a curse.

Sometimes the worst situations brings out the best in us and helps us build character. I think sending them away from the garden of Eden was a blessing, according to the book, Adam wouldn't have discovered himself or understood the father's love for him clearly if he remained in the garden. Leaving the garden sent them on a journey of self-discovery which did them good.

I personally believe that what motivates God's actions or inactions towards us is His pure love for us.

For me I would say it was a blessing because the evolution and procreation was assured after they left the garden. Though it seemed like a tough life to live it brought about a lot of advancements

In the garden, they could not enjoy the varying levels of emotions such as sadness and pain, at they would not be able to fully appreciate the good times. The curse comes with separation from God and even facing death ultimately.
Many Americans today regret their lives as it wasn't a fruitful part of them. Sadness and pain is a discomfort. Every part of the world.

Beyond protecting them from Lucifer, God punished them for their disobedience. However, the curse was a means of correction out of the love God have for them.
