I felt Cain may have been misunderstood quite a bit. The manner with which he was born, the feelings everybody had predisposed about him - personally, some of his actions weren't as outlandish and they seem.

Cain was wrong, because he had the opportunity to repent and ask for forgiveness but he didn't.

I don't feel he was misunderstood because people are born with different characters and understanding. I feel it was his destiny and that is something that we can't change.

It may have been understated in this book, or perhaps. Frankly, I will go for the latter.

I would give him the benefit of the doubt because he truly didn’t know what he was doing rather just reacting the way he felt about a situation

Cain was just a confused child who could control his anger and didn't no how to react to jealousy and anger. He was used to used brute strength as a solution to his problems so he thought it could solve everything for him.

Can had the choice to do the right thing and repent but he refused he was wrong.
