I found the beginning chapters of this book very interesting. However, i think some unnecessary scene were included just to increase the number of pages. There was a little about the science and more of adventure. i am-not so sure about the rating of this book at this moment.

I love how the author described the characters. I really loved the character development, the plot, and the setting. I think it's amazing how Fred G. Baker was able to create such a detailed and well-developed story.

I liked the book a lot. The book took a while to explain the character's background before the real action started. He made the main character suspicious of everyone around him. Over all I enjoyed the book and felt like I was there with the characters when the action happened.

It was this attribute of the book that made me enjoy it the most. This is because the delay and suspicion built tension and suspense, making me eager to find out what will happen. I really enjoyed reading the book.

More sections if this book went very slowly especially uncovering the content of Uncle Randall's journals. I had issues with some very lengthy conversation between some character. However this book is a very interesting and enjoyable read I will ate it a 3 out of 4 stars.

I gave this book a rating of 5 out of 5 stars because the author's narrative style was unique. His narration brought the characters to life. What I did not like was the way the characters slept around with each other. But apart from this, this book was an amazing read.

I rated this book 3 out of four stars. It was quite interesting, the beginning was okay, the ending wasn't satisfactory though. But I loved the part of when they were in Zona, especially when they met Sheba and her mate. I didn't like the way they cooly handled homosexualism though.
