The beginning of the book was sluggish. It made it tiring to read.

It is a book with an interesting storyline, characters and a unique plotline. I enjoyed the fantasy aspect about this book.

I got hooked from the beginning of the book, especially the author's description of St. Petersburg. However, as the book went on, it began to feel unrealistic. There were also some science parts I felt were contradicting (how can a plant slow down aging and accelerate pregnancy?). Overall, it made a good read considering that it's a fantasy book.

I would rate it the highest ever because I loved the perfect blend of fantasy, mystery, love and so much more in the book.

I loved how the story started, it was full of suspense and the storyline was captivating. However, towards the end the story dragged and lost in it's touch. I'd give it a 3 out of 5 rating though.

Overall, it's a good book with enough suspense to keep readers on edge. My favorite is the first part, where mystery and suspense are skillfully woven throughout. It strikes me as the most realistic section among the three.

However, I noticed a decline in the quality of the storyline as the narrative progressed, which might deter some readers. So, I rated it 4 out of 5.

Absolutely, I would recommend the book to those who enjoy adventurous stories.
