Solaris Seethes Series: Worth the read?

Hey all! In this forum, I wanted to talk about the Solaris Seethes series (Solaris Seethes, Solaris Seeks, Solaris Strays). A few years back I read like a single chapter from the first book and was immediately put off by the writing style. This was mostly because the writing didn't feel genuine and characters and writing felt very one dimensional right off the bat. That being said, I was and am genuinely interested in the premise of the books and was wondering if anyone here has read the first one, two, or three in full. Could you discuss your thoughts on an entire book in the series? Specifically, what were some strengths of the series/book and would you say that it is worth it to read even the first book all the way through? I'm very curious. I genuinely want to like these books but am worried that the writing style is not for me. Can anyone prove me wrong? lol
