I am intrigued by the reasons why the Scandosians want to start a civil war within the kingdom of Naataros.
Congratulations to the author for BOTD!

The one person who's really interested me in this book is Barak Fares. I would love to read about him and if he finally saves the kingdom. I'm not fond of book that majorly talk about war but surely people who do will enjoy this one.

War stories don't tickle my fancy. But this book sounds so intriguing, mysterious and suspenseful.
I hope to add it to my bookshelves.

This fantastic sci-fi talks about how two soldiers, Salal and Ahmid, are on their way to Sidos, where a woman living with her little daughter has called for help. Still, a tragedy occurs on their way when Ahmid taunts the army of the dead, and immediately, a silhouette appears and beheads him. I like how the story was fascinating and contained great suspense. Nice review.

This seems like an interesting fantasy novel, although war stories are not my usual books of interest. It appears that the author did a great job to tie in many elements together. Thanks for a wonderful review and congrats on BOTD!

The cover photo is quite captivating. I like to read books with war themes. The imaginary kingdoms in this novel is quite interesting, too. I'm quite thrilled about the dead army.

The actions of King Michel and Barak Fares, when we match it with the decisive struggles of the Scandosians teach us to never give up in our quest to achieve any goal irrespective of the challenges before us. The themes here are also educational especially those of perseverance.

I read the first few chapters available and your review fantastically defines what it holds and it was so engaging, especially after being able to realte with Ahmid and Salal's courage, knowing what lied ahead still fulfilling their duty. I am so much looking forward to know: how the King will keep the kingdom together? This novel is going to be worth the read in finding out how that dead army can be defeated.
