Atlantis Ends by Paul Hillman is the complete trilogy, containing all three books. The book is about the end and destruction of Atlantis and what happens after. It is a science fiction trilogy where, due to a meteorite, there was a change in the collinear solar system, and Mars was now on a collision course with Earth. Atlantis built spaceships to save those they could so that all of humanity would not be destroyed. Things had been going as expected when suddenly there was a new discovery, and the timeline given by the scientists is now accelerated, and the collision is now to take place sooner than expected. While preparations are made to move the fleet so that it does not suffer damage from the resultant effect of Mars's collision with Earth, Acton Athu, Captain of Rescue, son of the Commander of the Atlantian fleet and nephew of the Emperor of Atlantis, decides to go on a rescue mission to save the woman he is engaged to. It's a story of love, science, falling debris, planets colliding, and dangerous rescue missions.

The story is written in three books. The first book is titled Mars Catastrophe, and the second book is titled Desperate Measures. It shows the extent to which a man would go for the love of his life as the story unfolds, and the final book is titled Worlds Collide. The book is exceptionally edited.

My favorite character in the book is Acton Athu. He comes across as a very dedicated and responsible man. For someone who had the opportunity to stay back from dangerous missions as part of the royal family, he was instead at the forefront of the missions. His bravery and courage are also admirable, which makes him my favorite character.

I find nothing to dislike about the book; I thoroughly enjoyed reading it, and the characters all played their part well. I commend the author for such an exceptional novel.

For such an interesting and beautifully scripted novel, I give this trilogy the perfect rating of 5 out of 5 stars. I recommend this book to lovers of sci-fi books about spaceships and space travel.

This seems one hell of a catastrophic story considering that it's literally about the end of the world. I need to be in the right mood to read this kind of story but human reactions to apocalypctic situations can make for great stories. Thank you for your great review!
Ciao :)
