Oh, jumping around in time within a chapter is one of my pet peeves lol; I hate having to go back and re-read a paragraph to figure out where I am in the story. I'm seeing a lot of this lately, maybe it's a new style of writing, but not one I'm comfortable with. I'll skip this one, so thanks for the heads-up.

In a novel like this one, the leaps ahead in time can stretch the feeling of being in a realm beyond the human realm but I understand that not everybody likes that. Thank you for commenting!

Thank you for your interesting review. This sounds like an intriguing and possibly quite different book to many others. I like the idea of focusing on a child of the gods, but I'm not so sure about the 'mating'.
