Splintered Series **Spoilers** (Books #1,1.5,2,3)

The Splintered Series is a Sci-Fi/Fantasy book pertaining to what happened to Alice Liddell after she came out of the rabbit hole. Although this was the Book of the Month for May, I really wanted to find out the favorite parts of the readers including spoilers, and so I decided to make this topic.

So, I want to know what you guys like about this book, but go into detail.. Spoilers are allowed in this post. Who do you want Alyssa to end up with, Jeb or Morpheus? Were you surprised that Alyssa was the decedent of Queen Red's?

I really want Alyssa to end up with Morpheus. I guess the idea of Jeb and Alyssa doesn't really settle well with me, considering that Morpheus was there, helping her become who she was destined to be.

I love the idea that everything in this book was more malicious than the Lewis Carroll version, and also a little more explanation to the "wonderland" world.

I especially love how Morpheus is so determined to have Alyssa as his lover. Especially in the Unhinged book. Forcing Alyssa to make the "life magic vow" to have his one day and one night with Morpheus. Do you believe that she is going to go through with it, or do you think she is going to go back in the Human Realm.

I hope that the vision that Queen Ivory saw between Alyssa and Morpheus comes true. They are the couple I am definitely rooting for.

I also would like to see Alyssa end up with Morpheus. No, it didn't surprise me that she was a descendant of Red. I guess I kind of saw those two option as the most logical

I have to say though that Queen Ivory is an awesome character and I hope what she said about Morpheus and Alyssa does come true.

I am amazed that you thought that she would be the decedent of Red. It really did baffle me. I guess I wasn't necessarily reading "between the lines". Have you already read the second book?

I actually WAS pretty surprised that she was a descendent of Red. It tends to be pretty hard to surprise me with plot turns, but this one was done exceptionally well. I feel like making a choice between Morpheus and Jeb is silly because she can have her life with Jeb, then have a life with Morpheus which would suit her duel nature. Different parts of her love each one and I would be disappointed to see her have to choose. That being said I actually don't see Morpheus as a potential significant other because he's completely untrustworthy. Can't help who you love though huh?
