This hard core sci fi novel is an excellent read. Complex characters with lots of great technological advances that are close yet cool. Great themes of fitting in while being different and betrayals alongside long lasting loyalty. Books farther in the series begin to get confusing with copies of main characters in all kinds of situations, but the first one is worth enjoying.
