A "steamy science-fiction romance novel" that also addresses women's rights? Sounds intriguing! I don't normally read this type of book, but I might give it a try.

An option for those who like science fiction. The first book in the Raiden Warriors series. The protagonist is abducted by an alien who wants her to be his queen on the planet Raiden. It looks interesting!

Great review, I like the elements you highlighted about Abby being a strong protagonist. Unfortunately I am not tempted to read romance sci-fi.

I would be frightened if some aliens kidnapped me and have me as their mate. This sounds like an exciting science fiction story. Unfortunately, the sexually explicit scenes and vulgarisms in the story puts me off. I'll have to skip the book. Sorry. Congratulations on being the BOTD though.

Your review is very informative. Fans of sci-fi and steamy romance will enjoy this book. I'm not a fan of either of these genres. The book seems to be well written. Congratulations on BOTD.

Great and thorough review. I am not a fan of alien or science-fiction, however, your review peaked my interest and I think I'll give it a try.

I am not a sci-fi fan but this book sounds intriguing! However, the graphic nature is a huge deterrent for me. If not for the vulgarity and risque romance I probably would have tried this one! Thank you for the excellent and insightful review!

I think this book sounds awesome. Who doesn't like a side of sci-fi with their romance?

Inarguably, this book is exciting and I look forward to reading it. The usage of mythological creatures from our world as the basis for some of the aliens in this book is welcoming. Nice job.

The idea of an inter-species romance doesn't seem very attractive to me. But the book seems to be well-written and well-edited.
Great review!

I got really excited by the review but then I read that the book had explicit sexual scenes. Sigh.
