Very interesting read. It captivates the reader throughout the book with many plot twists and turns. Altough for a few mistakes it is a great book in general. :D :techie-reference:

Wonderful review. I feel like you've perfectly captured the essence of the book. I will probably have a difficult time dealing with the errors, but the story seems interesting enough I should be able to ignore them for the most part.

Sounds like a good sci-fi, elements of Brave New World and Salt. Great review.

I find that for me the science fiction genre is kind of hit and miss. Either I really like the book or hate it. Based on the review, this book sounds like it has some potential. The story sounds very interesting, minus the errors. Thanks for the honest review.

This book sounds interesting, and I am glad you liked it. I would have to pass this because I am not a fan of the genre.
Thank you for the review.

Sounds really intriguing, plus am into Sci-Fi therefore looking foward to this read. Moving from Earth to Terra to save the human race was bold and requires optimism. The new creature sound interesting as well. I like it

Apart from the little distracting errors you encountered, it seems to me the author did an okay job with the genre. I occasionally enjoy a good sci-fi adventure, most times one where the characters explore new and unknown places that is home to anything from monsters to wierd plants; those sort of things, lol. I might read this if I come across it :)
Thanks for your review!

As a whole, I do not like sci-fi. However, this review is quite intriguing, and I will start reading the book, because I want to read how the people get adapted to a totally different way of life.

a time like this - when initially you're not interested with the book's genre and premise - shows how helpful a good review can be. and this review is definitely nothing but helpful as it pointed out a few things that got me totally interested like for example the "interesting balance between the future and the past". good job!

It sounds like this book has a lot of potential, creative creatures, fantastical future, all the things that I like to read sci-fi for; yet, the poor editing and gaps in the world building would drive me bananas. Even the most well-established sci-fi writers can fail in the world building aspect (I can think of a few of the classic old-school writers that left me wondering, "Huh?"). But the editing would have to be revised before I would consider reading this for fun.

The storyline doesn't sound especially enticing to me; I get the impression of discombobulation. In any case, I won't consider reading a book with such an abundance of errors, as I feel it is the author's responsibility to present a clean edition. Great review.

Great review. This seems to be a cool tale with adventure and suspense. Who knows what discoveries Amanda and Paul would make and how they would cope with the new environment. I like to read this book.
