'Official Review: The Legend of the Dragon Child', by Cheryl Rush Cowperthwait, is a standard one and well states the general idea of the book!

This was an interesting read. It's just not my type of book. I'm not drawn to dragon or fantasy stories. For that reason, I found I was bored and it was hard for me to get through. I think it would appeal more to someone that enjoys fantasy novels.

Very thorough review! I really like the author's use of puns. I read the sample and will admit the book does pull you in immediately. However, I am not sure I will enjoy reading about all the battles, even though it sounds like interesting story. For that reason, I will sit this one out. Besides, I am not huge fan of this genre.

Im always interested in stories with dragons, and the idea of a baby being raised by dragons, certainly has some Mowgli overtones, which intrigues me. Thanks for the review.

Thank you for a great review greenstripedgiraffe on The legend of the Dragon child. This book sounds amazing, it would be cool to see the battles with all the different color dragons. I love the characters the Queen and Runik, I was glad the Queen survived and they were able to be bound together (married) at the beginning of the book. Thank you Cheryl.

Your review is very well written. I’ve always loved dragons, and I’m definitely going to add this book to my reading list! I love the idea that dragons can be fighting wars yet caring for a small child all at once, it gives them a human element I think we can all relate to. We all have our battles we fight while we are expected to carry on in life, and I’m pumped to read this book! Thanks for sharing!

This is definitely for someone who loves books in the fantasy genre. While there seems to be so much going on right from the start and various names of dragons and tribes are being mentioned as well as the discussion of "Urthe's" preservation, which is a bit overwhelming, I an intrigued with the unfolding relationship between an infant human child and a dragon. This book would be good for teens 14 and up.

the story is very interesting but my question is that, how is Kaida coping and feeding among the dragon family and how will she cope up to five years with the dragon family when she is not a dragon?

RE: The Legend of the Dragon Child, by Cheryl Rush Cowperthwait
This appears to me as a very compelling an unique story. I get the sense that the message of lines between good and evil being blurred at times is presented, but that the goodness in one`s soul will ultimately triumph.

A fantasy story of a child raised by dragons who will one day bring peace on dragon land between people and beasts. Interesting storyline. Thanks for the review.

Although the title and cover of the book are not outstanding the reviews, however, are stellar. I do not intend reading this book because I am not a fan of epic fantasy stories. The sample on Amazon seems professionally edited, but it did not change my dispostion to the book or its genre.

So Tarzan meets eragon? Interesting. I can't help but wonder if the kaida/zlemtec will be a sibling relationship or something more.
