The review is thorough, I have to give you that. From what I've gathered, I think the author the author would have done better if he wrote more than the 89 pdf pages, to better express himself. The names and development of characters is promising. Sci-fi and horror is quite something..

The book has action, suspense, supernatural beings and a sprinkling of horror. Sounds quite interesting, especially with the quirky author name.

Thanks for the in-depth review. This book does not sound like the right genre for me, but I think anyone looking for a supernatural, redemptive action novel will find it of interest.

I like to read horror novels. It's thrilling when you imagine this horror characters while reading the book. It seems you enjoyed it.

I agree with you on the idea that this was less of a sci-fi book than was described. I was left with some unanswered questions that will likely remain as so. I don't think I could read a follow up book.

This is a great review that touches on every part of the book. It gives a close-up look on what to expect from the book. The book illustrates clearly what the brothers-in-arms underwent in different situation in the bid of redemption.

I'm not really into fantasy or comic books. However, the author's pen name is hilarious. Untied ends leave me frustrated as well. Great review! Thanks.

I’m much more interested in science fiction than horror, so my initial interest would still have depleted even without the reviewer’s opinion. The main reason I’ll have to pass on this one, though, would be the grammatical issues and the questions left unanswered. I find it extremely difficult to get through a book when it’s not well-written.

As the reviewer said "there are many scenes of graphic violence, not to mention vulgar language, so those who don't care for such things should probably keep a wall between themselves and this book" so I am going to do just that.

Thank you for the great review. Supernatural might have been a good read for me, too bad that the chicken in me is already hiding at the idea of whispers of horror.

MsTri wrote: 29 Mar 2018, 23:21 I think the book was less sci-fi/fantasy (as Amazon lists it) and more supernatural with whispers of horror, so I recommend it for fans of those genres. I also think that readers who enjoy brothers-in-arms stories or tales of redemption will enjoy it. Please also note that there are many scenes of graphic violence, not to mention vulgar language, so those who don't care for such things should probably keep a wall between themselves and this book.
Brothers-in-arms, graphic violence, and vulgar language. No thanks. I was totally deterred by the cover. I am not in to graphic novels and the language in chapter one. OMG. There are some words I really do not want to ever see in a book. They just don't add anything in any context.

Also, I enjoyed your puns about walls. I know I saw one earlier today on FB or LinkedIn that made me laugh. Nice job.

I like stories that create a lot of suspense when I am reading them, suspense makes me continue reading non-stop so that I could uncover the truth.
