This review of "The Stylite" by Shane Hallawa really piqued my interest! It sounds like an incredibly detailed and well-crafted fantasy adventure. I love that the author weaves together elements from different religions and cultures, adding depth to the story. The transformative journey of Teresa Amadei, along with the inclusion of martial arts and mysticism, makes it seem like a unique and engaging read. The visual elements and thorough explanations seem to enhance the experience even more. Definitely sounds like a must-read for fans of action and fantasy!

The Stylite" by Shane Hallawa is the transformative story of Teresa Amadei, who had both external and internal challenges. Guided by Father Simon, her journey to the city of refuge, Alexantine, in the Midwest was riled with many challenges and battles.
The story is a blend of action and adventure and a good read for both adults and young adults

Sci-Fi/Fantasy was never my cup of tea, but my daughter prefers the genre above them all and is definitely going to love this book. For once, I believe it will be good for her to witness the journey the heroes undertake, the quest of coming of age and finding their true self in hardships on their path. Congrats with BOTD!

Teresa's transformative journey seems not to have been easy considering that both external and internal challenges were on her way. I'm curious about how she conquered them. The elements of martial arts, mysticism, and adventure make it my type of genre. Congratulations on BOTD!

Young adult/adult fantasy is a genre that is usually pretty light and entertaining. In "The Stylite" by Shane Hallawa we find adventure and maybe some interesting juxtapositions with Christianity, Islam and Zoroastrianism. There are also elements of demon fighting and martial arts. Included on this book are illustrations that flesh out the story and the characters. Every detail is well thought and laid out according to the reviewer. This sounds like a really fun book to read.

Demon hunting sounds really fascinating and it is great to see that it entails a lot of information from different faiths. I look forward to seeing how Teresa Amadei battles both the internal and external fights and how the same will be won.
Many thanks for the amazing review. :tiphat: :tiphat: :tiphat:

The author shares the story of a young woman who has faced significant challenges in life. Amidst dealing with her mother's death, she must navigate life with the help of her father. This promises to be an interesting read, filled with drama, and I’m eager to see how she manages to overcome her difficulties.

I appreciate that the author uses visual representations throughout the book. The pictures provide a clearer understanding of the narrative, making the story more engaging. Books like this, with a clear storyline and compelling plot, are always a pleasure to read. Thank you for such an insightful review. I can’t wait to dive into it and read more. Congratulations to the author on BOTD.
