Your review has sold the book to me! Farctasy?! I must find out what this is all about.

Thanks for your thorough review. I appreciated how you gave some thought to what an interesting new genre it might be.

It was hard to tell, reading the sample today, whether the book would retain it's humor throughout or slide into that tiresome place you mentioned satire falling into. I am glad to hear that it was a worthwhile read for you. I may pick up the rest of it.

With names Pudding of Power and Mighty Fist, how could this not be a fun read? This sounds like a humorous adventure. Great review!

It’s refreshing to see something so different in this genre! I like that the author uses satire to make this book standout. I’m wasn’t interested after reading the book blurb, but the review has changed my mind.

I enjoyed your review, sounds like an interesting book but perhaps more suitable for a teenage boy.

I was curious about this book because the description mentioned Monty Python and Tolkien. It definitely was not a typical fantasy. I'm glad the review gave a good summary.

I read the preview of the book and I don't think this book is for me. While I do enjoy a funny story every now and then this one didn't seem funny to me and just seemed silly, and yes there is a difference. I wasn't able to finish reading the preview even and won't be checking the book out.

I was sold after reading that there was a talking fish sidekick called Brad. That is definitely not found in every book. Thanks for the review!

Haha! Entertaining review for what sounds like an entertaining book. The tone of this book gives me a sort of Xena or Hercules type of show vibe. That sounds like a lot of fun to read.

This must be a very good story due to the fact the reviewer never mentioned how well the book was edited. In all the reviews I have read in the past the reviewer comments one way or the other about the editing but all they could talk about was the story line. Therefore I would assume the story is very well written and unique.

Thank you for the fun review of this book. When it comes to fantasy I tend to lean toward drama, serious with sprinklings of humor and danger, but this book sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun.

I like your review and I can immediately tell that you are a fan of farce. Your review made me laugh especially with the pauses in between to illustrate how funny this novel is. I like the creative names that the author gives like the Fellowship of the Pudding and Thoral Mighty Fist. I like that the comedy was not overdone to the point that you lose the fact that the book is a fantasy novel.
