I always love a book that makes you think long after you are finished reading it. I also like that the author included a little bit of Yoda in there for humorous purposes to lighten up the story. The author bringing in themes that are can fit into any time period, but he manages to twist it into the science fiction genre. I think that it is important to have novels that show our humanity and question our beliefs about who we think we are.

It occurs to me that human cloning is almost certainly to be a reality in the not too distant future and it does humanity well to investigate all the various sides of the issue. Science fiction is a way to do that. And if it is unsettling, maybe there’s a lesson in that. Whatever the future holds, we’ll do well to continue reading these kinds of offerings, because these imagined tales may tell us of an actual reality.

Recent sci-fi stories often tell us what dark future technology holds for us, instead of showing the wonder of new technology. I wonder if it's because people are getting more scared than fascinated when it becomes closer and more "possible". This sounds like a really good read, but I'm afraid I'll skip it because mature themes aren't for me. Thanks for the warning!

A book that deals with the issue of human cloning, a secret project where some terribly bad things happen. Based on the review, it is recommended for science fiction fans, but there are strong issues not suitable for sensitive people.

The characters and the plot both sound amazing. I had to take Ethics in Biology in College and we spend much time on cloning and gene splicing. All brand tomatoes are produced by seeds that have a fish gene inserted in the tomatoes skin to last longer. It's the tomatoes with the shiney skinned. The question was about Should Producer inform Buyers and Public that may not eat fish because of Religion? This book sounds great.

This book sounds like it does what the best science fiction is meant to do - make us think. In this case, it makes us think about what it means to be human and at what point we all deserve the same rights.

I read the sample on Amazon and will have to agree with you - the writing style was super easy to follow and hooked me from the beginning! I'm not usually one for sci-fi reads, but I'm going to give this one a go!

A science fiction read with a bleak view of the relatively near future all based on the concept of cloning sounds fantastic!

I have to agree with the reviewer; cloning is going to be in our near future! Even though there are strong topics in Project Tau, I think that I could read it. It is so realistic that I do not think that I can pass this one up!

Science fiction novels that are barely outside of reality are often the best reads! I think this will be a good one to crack open. Great review!

I'm not one for sci-fi but this review of project tau had me on edge. Project tau with it's not to miss profanity on page 8 second paragraph and realistic depth into a world of cloning and assassins for tech firms is just what the sci fi techie wants in a story well written I feel this is going to be a good read for the masses. Awsome job.
