I must have really pulled you in with it, Owlie. You liked it so much you took ownership. ;)
I'm finishing his second book as we speak, and I'm looking forward to more from Mr Fowler!
Ha ha ha Zelda, you all are my wicked wives, taking over my stuff!! :)

We are indeed wicked. I aspire to be a purple wife some day. ;-)

OK, I'll tab over to this book's Amazon page now and read more of the "look inside the book!"

You were right that the cuss words disappeared after the first few pages!! That's a good thing. I was too tired to read closely right now, but I noticed that much.

Good. A little language and some minor adult moments, but no extreme language and no explicit detail. The story deserves a look. Can't say enough about it!

All right, I'll try to give it a good go tomorrow! :-) And I'll definitely share my thoughts on the story.

I look forward to it Zelda! I just finished the author's second book in the series, and if you like this genre, he it's definitely one to follow. Two amazing debut books in my opinion.

Wow! A really well-detailed, interesting review. If the review is so action packed, then I'm sure the book must be fascinating.

Thank you so much ananya, each comment means a lot to me. I hope to get better with each review! And, yes, the book is exciting, but also very funny. One werewolf girl always calls her pack leader Alphy, as in alpha, which I found hilarious and endearing. Just one example of the subtle humor throughout. Really, a unique take on this genre.

Awesome review! I don't read a lot of the paranormal, but I might give this one a try.

I don't think you'll be disappointed Sarah!! The focus on saving humanity and humor, instead of angst-filled love and drama, really sets it apart!

I recently finished the author's second book, Vampire Outbreak, and it was amazing as well! What a great start for an up and coming author. He also apparently has a third book for this series coming out soon, and I am giddy with fan-boy anticipation ha ha.

Awesome review. I like the humorous tone you employ. It seems this Josh has a lot on his plate. Being three species in one, that's just crazy. Definitely sounds like a mustread.

Thanks Leon!! Ha ha, it really is a unique take, and when you say it like that, yes poor Josh has quite a bit on his shoulders, especially for a teenager! The author's third book came out today, and like a total fanboy, I downloaded it first thing this morning!! Can't wait to see what happens next!

Thank you for the tremendous review. I am glad someone shares my sense of humor. Sorry for the 'errors' but as you said, this was my first book and I am not the best editor. Great review!
