Sounds like a pretty interesting sci-fic story. Would love to read about aliens.

I think that I will give this book a pass. I am not into aliens, Allen abductions or mermaids, werewolves and vampires. Great review and very detailed.

I know what you mean about novels where bad things happen and the heroine is so instantly head-over-heels that she completely forgets all about her former life: just one more unrealistic element in what amounts to an adult fairy tale. Sounds like this author fleshed out the characterization more. I'll check it out. Thanks for a great review!

Abby has quite the dilemma. She tries to effect changes in her new surroundings, but I wonder if she is hoping to convince Nicolai to let her return to her home in Oregon? Great review!

The plot excites me. I can't imagine how Abby will manage to help Nicolai when at the first place she is forced to be with him. The story looks an interesting read.

I’m easily intrigued by this colourful romantic sci-fi fusion, and I believe fans of either genre should find it a captivating read. Excellent review!

I cannot say that romance novels have ever been my cup of tea, but I can say that your review has put me on the fence when it comes to this novel as it sounds like it explores a lot of relevant themes. It is the thought-provoking and different aspect of this novel that has me thinking that maybe this could be worth a read, instead of putting this novel immediately in my nope pile. So, thank you for your review.

This seems to be an interesting read, I would like to know more about Abby's abduction and how she copes with her new reality. I also admire that the author has made the female character strong. Congrats to the book of the day.

I would take up this book to read eagerly, after all it contains everything that I like in a novel. Abby's desire to bring changes in an alien society can very well tell the tale of many women married in different cultures who try to stand up for what is right.

I'm really enjoying this one, the review is so spot on, especially about Abby, she is a cool character. I like how he needs to win her over, at first the premise of him abducting her was freaky, but it is getting better as time goes on. I started reading to sample and return to later, but I'm already 30% through this read, and finding it really well put together.

This science-fiction about a young woman being kidnapped by aliens sounds interesting. It does have a romance storyline but also goes into how love grows out of anger. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

A book about a human and her alien mate will surely make an interesting read. I like that this book advocated for women rights. I really will love to know if Abby later forgave Nicolai. Congrats on BOTD.
