This is a well-written review with a lot detail, and a strong opinion about children and guns, which I totally agree with. Well done :tiphat:

Just reading the premise and sampling the book reminded me why I started and enjoyed reading in the first place at a young age. The sci-fi and superhero aspect of the book would certainly appeal to young readers and also to those young at heart. This sounds like an exciting read. Thanks for the review.

From the first paragraph of your review, it sounded to me like a book for teenagers and young adults. Thanks for pointing out your reserves about a child being trained to be a warrior, I can see why it can be disturbing.

Tactile Therapy: Volume One by Durell Arrington sounds amazing and fun read. I love alien based stories and this one also has some adventure. Congratulations on #BOTD.

The fact that you would like to read more books by the same author and even reread this one piques my interest. I have added the book to my shelf as I like thought-provoking books. Thanks for the informative review.

had the urge to read this book right after I read the first two lines. Stan Lee and Jack Kirby was definitely a bonus. Thanks for the review

I dont really read sci-fi, I prefer watching it. But the characters described, although very shallow description, might very well lure me into reading this book. Very good review!

This seems like an interesting read. However, I can manage to read science fiction and not a book that delves into superhero and all. Book of the day!

This seems like an interesting book. But aliens and spaceships do not entice me so much. I hope they get their artefact. I wish this boom great success. Thanks for the review

Wow, this sounds like it has so many good aspects, from being character-driven, to referencing superhero characters (from both Marvel and DC – look at that). Thanks for the review.

Thank you for sharing your review with us. This does not sound like the type of book I would enjoy, but I will definitely recommend it to lovers of the superhero/sci-fi genre.
