Science fiction isn't my cup of tea and one riddled with errors isn't something many people can enjoy. It would have been interesting to read about an era after the technological one we are currently in.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting science fiction story set in the distant future after the collapse of the Technology Era where certain humans are born with unique abilities that are ostracized and hunter. Two of these abnormal children attempt to escape the "hunters" and make it to the "Berserker Guild" where they should be safe. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

Congrats on BOTD. Somehow, the Abnormals remind me of the mutants in X-men.

Judging by your review, this book needs a lot of work. I hope it's being worked on because I would love to read it. Great job with the review

I felt the same way. I was quite excited with the plot but the editing issues were quite distracting. I hope they can manage to re-edit and get the refreshment this book needs.

I find the chip that changes people's DNA and the subsequent decline and fall of mankind extremely interesting and ironic. Let us hope that we are not starting down the same trajectory, ourselves.

This sounds like quite an exciting premise. I can't wait to read more to see what Kaarina's and Monty's special abilities are.

This sounds like an interesting post-apocalyptic story about children who have amazing abilities. They will have to work together stealthily in order to make it to the Beserkers Guild. Thanks for the informative review.

Thank you for your very honest review. I know I can depend on your review, even if we have different interests. I don't usually care for science fiction anyway and from the sample I read, I didn't care for the sexual and profanity parts either. But then add the problems that you also mentioned with such poor editing, I am definitely passing on this one. Hopefully, the author will take your suggestions and correct the problems.

The plot summary makes me interested to read this book. This book has an amazing premise and fully developed characters. For me the theme about apocalypse and discrimination to abnormals with special ability sounds common in fantasy novel. Also the profanity contents surely would bother me. But I still want to know what kind of ability they have. And the xyz must be mean something, right? Or it just a random expression, or just the author's writing style. Thank you for an honest review.

Too bad that it has many negative aspects, I don't think I would enjoy reading it if it is in that condition
