The review is well-crafted and presents a positive assessment of this novel full of adventure based on magic. However, I'm not a big fan of magic, so I'll pass this along. Congrats on being BOTD!

Kin's Quest by Ron Root is an exciting and captivating read. It follows the journey of Gresham and Rayna, two main characters, who embark on a mission to find Rayna's missing mother while evading the One Church. Along the way, they meet Hagley, a humorous character, and Draper, a mysterious one, who further add to the story. The setting is vivid and detailed, with great editing and powerful themes of friendship, family, and faith. It is a great read for fantasy fans, though it contains some sexual content and profanity.

Although I rarely read fantasy novels, I'm attracted by the fact that the book is well-edited and, therefore, I'll be guaranteed an uninterrupted reading experience. Thanks for the review.

A book such as this especially when it's a series, may sometimes be hard to follow up. Luckily, this book can be read as a standalone. Still, the addition of the first book's summary at the starting of the book leaves no room for confusion and I love it. Congratulations on BOTD. Well deserved!

I wonder what awaits Gresham at Suzerain and I hope Ryan's status does not himder them from being together. Thanks for the amazing review.

Everything I love in a fantasy novel's plot is found in this book. It has magic, adventure, mystery and intricate world building.

A realm of magic and adventure with lots of fighting is implied by the appealing cover and title. Working hard is largely motivated by social standing, both in Graal and on Earth. I'm curious as to why One Church is so suspicious of that map. Excellent review!

Today's book of the day, though the second in a series is a standalone book about an orphan named Gresham who learns of his magic ability. After being found by his uncle Jerak, Gresham travels to Suzerain to train to become a battle mage. The review is captivating and congrats on #BOTD!

Fantasy novels in which the author creates an entire world for the characters and events and brings to life an entirely new story are one of my favorite types of books. The quest of Gresham and Rayna to find her mother and escape with the map sounds like a great adventure! Thank you for your great review!

I love fantasy stories such as this. I hope Gresham attains the magus status so that he and his wife, Rayna, would live in a higher status. Beautiful review.

Sounds like an interesting fantasy tale, but I'll skip the book. Fantasy stories does not pique my interest. Sorry.

I love a very description novel. The provision of maps makes the storyline even more realistic. As if I were traveling with Gresham on his journey. Overall, I think the book is an amazing book, the author had clearly taken his time to make this masterpiece. Well-done and congratulations on BOTD.
