This book sounds like it's a lot of fun for a fantasy novella. Instead of the usual twist we are given something new with an older character, and modern era things. It sounds like this book will be a fun read and hopefully the errors won't be too bad so that it doesn't totally detract from the overall storyline.

This book sounds like a great choice for readers who enjoy a fast fantasy read. I liked how Mildred kept herself humble. It was also interesting how the author brought today's technology into the plot. Too bad it had a few errors. Thank you for a great review!

Nice review, it's sad that Milly is not satisfied with her appearance.

A wonderful book with a good title to go with it. It's good to know that she was redeemed and healed and I believe she was later satisfied and happy with herself. I like the novel. Thanks for the review.

Mirror, Mirror...? by Dodie Meister looks different. The story also sounds realistic but with magic. Congratulations on #Botd.

I always relish books that have antagonists who learn from their pasts and use them to rise from the ashes and become a stronger person, so I am looking forward to this novel to find out how the main character succeed from her failed marriage and be the woman she ought to be. How she does it? Let's read on!

I feel sad when really good novels are poorly edited. Overall, I think I will find this book really interesting. Thanks for the review.

What thrilled me about this book is the title of this book. But how does it relate to Milly's story? I want to find out. Thanks.

Like several others, I read the title and immediately thought of unicorns, trolls, and magical apples and pumpkins. Since the book is free today, I have had an opportunity to read some of it. Before I knew it I was well into chapter two! The narrative just pulls you in and you don't want to put it down. I can't wait to see what Alexa has in store for her!

My greatest accomplishment is that I raised two daughters that love to read.

Interesting book title, sounds like an interesting tale away from dwarfs, princesses and princes.

For short, this book is all about valuing self-love. I especially like the comedic tone in the book which makes the story not boring. I look forward to reading it. Thank you for the review!
