The suspenseful attributes of this book impels me to go for it.
The mysterious unknown plague that invaded the society sounds very relatable.
Thanks for the great review and congrats to the author.

This sci-fi fantasy novel focuses on human relationships rather than the plot, which is something I like in the novel.

This book seems very interesting to read. However, I think it would be nice if I start by reading the first series. Nice review, congrats on BOTD.

On the Trail of the Unseen is a magical, fantasy novel set in medieval times where Nico is fleeing to save his family from a plague. King Yurmar's only hope is to seal off the palace to prevent the plague from reaching inside. Will those actions prevent the inevitable? Thank you for your review.

I find the focus on human relationships important not just the magic element. Thanks for the review.

It's wonderful to hear a narrative presented from various points of view, and I'm curious to learn how the author did it. For your review, I'm grateful.

This was a very interesting novel but a bit strange to me. It took a lot of imagination to write this. I have never read anything like this before so it caught my interest for sure. Like a magical illusion I would say. Very well thought out and written

Sometimes we do things, thinking are the good things never think they will come back to us again. We perceived this to Nico a retired battle veteran, who was eager to leave the city with his family but life gave him unexpected surprise because he had to face his sins of the past and doubt of the future.

I was in the fence about this book, as I generally don’t enjoy medieval style writing, but you review is truly intriguing. I am definitely adding this this book to my reading list!

Although the author intends each book in this series to stand alone, I felt detached from the characters' connections because I did not read the book about the battle with the evil warlock.
